Renewable energy and energy efficiency are key components of a cleaner and brighter future. ShoreBank Pacific recognizes the important role new technologies play in creating a sustainable future. If done correctly, it targets the assets of the community, and can therefore generate wealth and stability.
ShoreBank Pacific actively pursues lending relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and developers of clean technologies. We are excited by a future where resources like wind, solar, geothermal, and biomass are fully harnessed to power a growing world. We appreciate the freedom communities obtain by making us less dependent upon the politics that derive from our petroleum dependence.
We immerse ourselves in the clean technology culture by attending conferences, events, and training sessions to learn everything from new developments to new spins on established technologies. Our loan officers have the understanding, expertise, and contacts to turn a project plan into a reality.
If you have the capital, desire, and resources for a renewable energy or energy efficiency project give us a call. We would like to show you why ShoreBank Pacific is considered a leader in the field.
The Pacific Northwest has the ability to grow a wide variety of food products which gives us the freedom to focus on building value in the product. A part of that strategy is the local food economy which supports communities to build a stronger and more sustainable future. Food tastes better, wealth stays in the community, and fuel for food transportation is reduced.
ShoreBank Pacific recognizes the important role communities play in generating wealth, employment opportunities, and a quality food system. We have an impressive portfolio of specialty agriculture customers, and have the understanding, expertise, and contacts to put innovative and complicated loans together.
We actively pursue lending relationships with manufacturers, distributors, processors, and those that connect rural and urban markets to enhance and improve our food system.
Fishing remains a strong component of our local economy. The mismanagement of our fisheries makes coastal towns, particularly rural ones, vulnerable. It is important to develop local and sustainable fish products in these communities so that the wealth of the fishery is retained at the source. ShoreBank Pacific recognizes the important role rural communities play in generating wealth, employment opportunities, and creating a quality food system.
As a bank headquartered in Ilwaco, Washington, we have deep roots in the rural fishing community, and we understand the needs of local fisherman, manufacturers, distributors, and processors, and the importance of connecting rural and urban markets to enhance and improve our food system.
Our unique lending program values the local fishing community, and is designed to support local fisherman. We specialize in boat loans to make them more efficient, as well as supporting both value-added processors and true entrepreneurs who expand the role and value of the local fishing community.
The built environment has a tremendous impact on the environment, resources, and human health. Building sustainably or implementing more energy efficient alternatives to an existing building can significantly reduce our nation's carbon footprint. ShoreBank Pacific supports qualified projects that advance our mission. Our loans can range from $1 to $10 million, with additional lending partners required at higher loan amounts.
Our lending is limited to the Pacific Northwest and focuses on owner-occupied, commercial and multi-family properties, as well as innovative projects (for example, cohousing), infills, and rehabs. We do not do residential mortgage lending.
